Refund Policy

At XM Intelligent Systems LLC, we aim to provide reliable and professional IT services tailored to each client’s needs. Because our services may involve customized work, project planning, configuration, maintenance, and dedicated time or resources, refund eligibility may vary by service.

1. Service Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment. Refunds are reviewed based on the services provided, work completed, and any costs or resources already committed to the project.

Services that have been fully completed, delivered, or substantially performed may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Project-Based Services

For IT Project Management and other customized services, any completed work, planning, consultation, configuration, documentation, or other delivered services may be deducted from the refundable amount.

If a project is cancelled before substantial work begins, XM Intelligent Systems LLC may review the request for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

3. Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting and maintenance services may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of payment, provided that the requested services have not been substantially used or performed.

Recurring services may be cancelled for future billing periods. Cancellation does not automatically qualify previously completed service periods for a refund.

4. Email Security Services

Refund requests for email security services are reviewed based on the work already performed, including setup, configuration, security assessment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and related support.

Services that have already been configured, delivered, or substantially performed may not qualify for a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact XM Intelligent Systems LLC with your name, payment details, service purchased, and reason for the request.
